1.1 Recitals. This Agreement is made and entered into on the 18th day of June 2024, by and between METRO INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS ("Buyer") and VERTEX STEEL WORKS LTD ("Supplier"). 5.2 Carbon Offset Warranty. Supplier covenants that all fabricated structural elements supplied under this agreement strictly adhere to the verified environmental audit threshold of less than 0.85 tCO2 per metric tonne of steel, fulfilling Buyer's municipal ESG grant obligations.
